The working principle of float valve is very simple. In fact, it is a common switching valve. There is a lever on the top of the valve. One end of the lever is fixed somewhere in the valve. Then, at the other point of this distance and near, a mechanism to control the opening and closing of the valve is installed, and a float ball (hollow ball) is installed at the end of the lever.

When the water level of the water tank is low, the float ball reduces with the water level, and pulls the piston in the valve body outward through the connecting rod of the fixed float ball, which makes the empty between the valve body and the piston, and enables the tap water to enter the water tank. When the water level of the water tank reaches the set height, the force produced by the float ball with the water level rising moves the piston in the valve body through the connecting rod. Because the top of the piston is equipped with a sealed rubber gasket, the outlet of the valve body is processed smoothly and smoothly. When the buoyancy of the float ball exceeds the tap water pressure, the piston with the sealed rubber gasket and the outlet of the valve body are tightly sealed by the top, and the tap water is closed by the float ball valve.

When the float ball is full of water, buoyancy causes it to rise, it closes the valve and stops supplying water. When the water level drops, the float ball drops, the valve opens due to the action of the spring, and the water enters, until the float ball receives buoyancy rise of water, the valve closes before closing the water.
